Self-Care Spa Holiday
December 1, 2018
Make this holiday the most wonderful time of the year by equipping yourself with tools to be present for all of the fun and love the season has to offer.
It’s easy to become overwhelmed by the extra demands on our time and energy in December and this can distract you from fully enjoying this special time and lovingly connecting with friends and family. Spend a day indulging in wellness activities to help you detox, relax, and refresh!
Your wellness instructors for the day will gently guide you through exercises applying techniques including: meditation, journaling, crystal grids (with your own to take home), singing bowls, and yoga.
We’ll take time to relax in the healing environments of the spa:
- steam bath
- warm water relaxation pool
- tropical rain shower
- hot tub
- cold water plunge
- and crystal salt therapy room!
To end the day, your movement instructor has a fun and unique activity to teach the group about the body’s natural energy and how we all connect as one.
Although we’ll experience many healing techniques, the day will also be fun and relaxing. By the end, you will feel like a new person with a refreshed outlook for the weeks ahead. With the tools we’ll give you to continue your own self-care at home, this investment in yourself will not only guide you through the holidays but bring lasting rewards.
Open to adults, both men and women. This is a Rocky’s Retreats Signature Event.
